Tarps Flapping in the Wind

Ever since I started Bedder Covers, I can't help but notice people driving down the road with tarps flapping in the wind. They are trying their best to cover their load, but tarps are hard to tie down, trucks don't have good anchor points, and tarps just flap any bungee cords and ropes loose.
